What is the Definition of Fraud?
I am curious how people define the word fraud. I have seen it used in various situations and many times it is clearly the wrong word to describe what has happened. My son was explaining the accusations surrounding the Claude Johnson fraud, and I simply do not see where a few customer service issues could possibly be considered fraud. As far as the quality of the DVDs, that is up to each person to decide if they are happy with them or not. If they are not happy, they need to send it back. That certainly does not mean that he is being fraudulent.
