US Direct Protect is Honest and Direct
US Direct Protect is the best warranty company around! I’ll tell that to anyone. When my engine went out on the road, I was so worried that it wouldn’t be covered, or some exception would keep me from getting it fixed. I mean, that’s what always happened with my old warranty company. Well, I was floored when US Direct fixed my car “directly”. I didn’t have to pay up front and then wait to be reimbursed. How relieved I was. And their customer service guys were the best. They explained everything to me up front and my claim went through so fast I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much!
