Eating out and keeping everything within your healthy living lifestyle is tricky. You must first learn how to judge where you eat and then judge by whats on the menu. First of all make sure to exclude all fast food chains (only visit them if you must) and look for high end restaurants serving high quality foods. Once you have found your place, begin to judge by whats on the menu. Also almost all desserts are out of the picture because of extremely high processed sugar content. Meats like chicken and turkey are usually good choices, just make sure there not fried.
