Ceiling Heating Wires

My new house is definitely a fixer upper. I didn’t realize how important getting electrical advice from a professional would be until I attempted my own renovation. First of all the heat wasn’t working, which I was unaware of until the papers were signed and the time period had lapsed. The house had the type of heating system that used wires that were installed in the ceilings. Some of the rooms had heat, some did not. The rooms that worked were so hot on the head, so to speak and so cold on the feet. This system hardly seemed to be efficient. I ended up calling a qualified electrician to disable the ceiling heat and change the house to electrical baseboard heat.
