Terms Must Be Explained for New Purchases
Anytime I sign agreements or contracts I get a little nervous even though I have bought two homes and several cars. It is a big deal to sign my name stating that I will repay the loan. The hardest part is that I don’t handle contracts for a living and so the jargon is a bit overwhelming. I rely on the trustworthiness of my salesperson and unfortunately not everyone is trustworthy. There is a new product out there called payment protection insurance that is often offered with loans or credit cards. The terms need to be explained correctly and thoroughly otherwise I could have reason to file ppi claims. Companies that help litigate to reclaim money paid for ppi often collect no upfront fee.
