An AZ Refinance Package Really Helped Out My Parents

My parents bought their retirement home a few years ago and have been very careful to keep up their payments, but on a fixed income, it isn’t always easy for them. They really don’t want us kids helping them because they think they should be able to manage by themselves. It occurred to me that they actually might qualify for one of the new AZ refinance loans that everyone is talking about, so I made a few preliminary calls and got them the paperwork. When Dad found out that they could lower their monthly payments significantly, I could tell that he was so relieved. Their senior years may not be so stressful now.
