I Claim Them As My Own
Since my sister was out of the picture, I decided to talk to my nephew about government tax foreclosure properties and the possibility of he and I buying them together. He is like a son to me. I never was able to have children so all of my nieces and nephews are my children too. It benefits me and them. There isn’t a day that at least one of them isn’t at my house. They are great kids. They have grown up to be respectable people and productive to society. Anybody would be proud to call them family. I know I am.
