My First Home!
I have rented for years! I never felt the need to own a home. My career is one that required frequent moves often without much notice. I was always concerned with being able to resell the house. I finally took the plunge and purchased a house in Phoenix. I looked at Phoenix mortgages and found a rate and terms that I was very happy to accept. I am not officially a home owner. Although I still have concerns about haveing to move becuae of my work, but with the housing market in Phoenix I believe that I will be able to find a buyer.
