I had been looking at different types of homes to purchase for months and months already. I had never owned a home before so the pressure to pick just the right place felt really huge to me. I was glad that I had already formed a budget and had been approved for a California FHA Jumbo, so I made sure to keep my searching within the price range I had already chosen. Even so, I could not believe how difficult it was for me to settle on one place. But I made an offer and it was accepted right away, so I had to start packing!
