There are many parts and keys that go into the order fulfillment process. So many well trained people as well as key jobs are necessary in order for this process to run smoothly. If there is a slight miscommunication in the order fulfillment process, from the time the order is received, to when it is shipped out, it could jeopardize the whole order. When the order is picked, packed and shipped to your clients, if there is something wrong with any part of the order, it’s a direct reflection of your fulfillment center. One slight mistake can cost the company’s reputation in the long run.
