As a coach for a basketball team I feel that it is important that I do research on various programs in order to enhance the skills and performance of my team members. I have found a unique program that I believe is very successful in enhancing the jumping height of anyone who is willing to put forth the effort to improve their skills. When using this program I have discovered you can improve your vertical in only 20 minutes time. Every athlete should have the dedication to fit in this program into their routine because they already workout and condition their bodies each day.
