Stories from other travelers made me want to do it even more
I’m getting pretty amped up about doing the tongariro crossing next week as well as getting to the central north island of course. I met quite a few travelers in Auckland who had just returned from that part of the country and had done the crossing and they all said it was an amazing thing to do and they were so glad that they did it. I had already read about it before I got to NZ but hearing stories from those people made it a must for me to do. Hopefully I’m fit enough for it and the old body is not to sore from it the day after.
