I Was Excited to Find Peruvian Food in CT

When I lived out west with my parents, we had this amazing little Peruvian place we went to for dinner every Friday night. It was kind of like a family tradition. It was nice to sit down after a busy week and just relax with the family. When I first moved to Connecticut I liked that I was able to go wherever I wanted for my meals. It was kind of freeing. After a while though I began to really miss those Friday night outings. One weekend I looked for Peruvian Food in CT and I was so ecstatic when I found a place! Now I carry on the tradition. It may seem silly to some but it’s nice and comforting to me. I order a plate of lomo saltado and give my parents a call and tell them about my week.
