Creating a Business Plan
My best friend and I are thinking about opening a spa within the next year. She said that we should come up with a business plan first. This way, the goals we want to achieve are written down. Plus when we go to the bank to get financing, we can show them our business plan. The first items mentioned are the spa services we would be offering. I definitely want to offer waxing, facial, and massage services. My best friend said that after a year, we could add hair and makeup services too. I thought that sounded like a great idea.
